Who We Are


Our members, community, and friendships are the driving force behind Core Community Fitness (CoreFit). We chose the gym’s name because we feel it reflects our strong commitment to the gym’s core values of community, foundation, dedication, and fitness. Most importantly, the name honors our “Core Community” - YOU! Since the beginning, we have loved seeing our community grow, thrive, and truly become “the core” of our gym.

At CoreFit, we want to help you achieve your goals. Our coaches meet each and every athlete at their starting ability. Whether the athlete has 10 years of experience, or is brand new to the “sport of fitness,” our coaches are here to help you achieve your goals. Our athletes’ goals range from: “I want to bend down comfortably while I’m gardening” to “I want to compete in a CrossFit competition” or “I want to finish a 10k run.”

CoreFit workouts are different every.single.day and combine high intensity interval training with strength and conditioning. The workouts are comprised of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc., and will help you improve your cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility and balance. Don’t be intimidated - keep in mind that all workouts can and will be scaled to your fitness level, so you can develop your skills each time you walk through our doors. 

It is our goal to build an inclusive fitness community. In addition to our “all-levels” classes offered throughout the day on Mondays through Saturdays, we are proud to offer additional classes for kids (ages 9-12) and “legends” (ages 50+).
